Well I am off back to Blighty today I will get to see the stingers probably tomorrow afternoon the weather does not look conducive to inspection.
I will miss all that I leave behind in Turkey lots and lots

I am deaming of them
I believe the weather in London is not conducive to honey making (unlike here in Turkey) so their progress may be slowed. a nice hot August will be good to get the honey finished and there will be plenty of stores for the winter.

I wonder what the bees are doing now
I have been away for 2 weeks now and I miss the little stingers :)
The state of play at the 30th June
Rivermead
Hive 1: 2 full supers but I cannot find the queen I left a sealed queen cell
Nuc 1: marked queen (blue) an increase from Hive 1
Hive 2: brood box only queen cells from hive 1( Monday 28June)
Nuc 2: Queen cells from Hive 1
Allotment
Hive 1: starting to be active Brood and a half
Nuc 1: Queen cells from Hive 1 (Thursday 24th June)
